Rescology is an environmental consulting, advisory and management firm that works exclusively in the resources and energy sector. We are an experienced team of generalists and specialists solving complex environmental problems for sustainable development.

We deliver tailored management services at any stage of the project lifecycle to reduce risk and build long-term value, without compromising integrity. Our multidisciplinary services include ESG leadership, impact assessments, regulatory engagement, regulatory compliance, and risk management, all delivered with deep regional insight across Australia and globally.

Who do we work with

We work with leaders in mining, infrastructure and resource development, from explorers and juniors to mid-tiers and majors, plus owners’ teams, boards and executives.

We support investors and lenders with ESG due diligence, coordinate with EPC/EPCM and contractors, engage respectfully with Traditional Owner groups, and liaise with government and regulators to meet State and Commonwealth expectations.

How we work

Our experienced consultants work with your team to lead ESG delivery at any stage of your project. You deal with one partner – Rescology – while we coordinate all providers and keep stakeholders aligned.

Meet the Team

Cathy Galli

Director (Principal Environmental & Management)

Rescology founder, Cathy Galli, has 25+ years’ experience across conservation, sustainability and resources in Australia and abroad. Cathy has worked in government and industry in consulting and operational roles, from early development through operations to mine closure and rehabilitation. Having lived and worked in five countries, she brings strong regulatory and industry networks and a practical understanding of national regulatory and international frameworks.

Agostina Belen Escala

Environmental Advisor

Agostina is an environmental management adviser focused on governance and sustainable development in Argentina. She supported local governments and community organisations via the Environmental Governance Programme; contributed to COFEMA and the Honourable Congress on policies and legislation for forests, water, EIA and fire; coordinated initiatives on waste, water efficiency, recycling and pollution reduction; and managed public access to environmental information at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development.
